Each site has been carefully assigned, but if you're considering moving, please touch base with the park host first.

Safety first: there's no lifeguard on duty.

Enjoy the beach and front lawn area from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., and the swim dock from 7:00 a.m. until dusk.

For everyone's well-being, kids under 18 should have supervision in these zones and throughout the campground.

Diving off the swim dock is off the table, just to be safe.

Please keep dogs, bikes and vehicles off the beach and lawn areas.

Glass isn't allowed on the beach or front lawn. Opt for plastic containers instead.

Stick to the designated swim area; no swimming from the boat docks.

Rest time is from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. If noise levels disturb the peace during this period, we might need to address it.

Keep your furry friends on a leash at all times. This is for everyone's safety. Please remember, pets aren't allowed on the beach or front lawn.

There is a designated dog beach to the West of our property, at the foot of Johnson Road. Please exit the campground to get to the dog beach.

When you're out and about, ensure your pets are with you. Leaving them unattended can be risky to other campers and leaving them in a vehicle or RV potentially unsafe especially in the hot months.

• Our speed limit is set at 5 km/hr for safety reasons. Let's all do our part to keep the campground safe.

• Your paid registration covers one RV and one vehicle per site unless your reservation states otherwise.

• In accordance with fire and rescue regulations, no vehicle is permitted to encroach on an access laneway at any time, other than to load and unload.

• Additional vehicles can find parking on the streets surrounding the park. Kindly avoid parking in common areas, and at unassigned sites.

Boats can be accommodated by booking a boat slip.

We cannot accommodate the storage of boat trailers onsite. Please make other arrangements to park your trailer.

While off-highway vehicles are welcome, please refrain from using them within the park.

• Only registered guests are permitted in the park. Visitors can enter after checking in with the park host and paying a fee. Day visitors are allowed from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Overnight visitors must depart by 11:00 a.m. Please let the park host know if you plan to have visitors.

• When it comes to electrical use, we supply 30 amp power, be mindful of your amps. Let us know if you encounter any electrical issues.

• The laundry room is available from 8am to 9pm, with last load at 8pm. Please be courteous of those waiting and set a timer while your laundry is in progress.

• Larger rugs aren't allowed as they can damage the grass.

• Showers are free, please disregard existing coin-ops.

• Restrooms are open 24/7 except for a brief cleaning closure as follows (approx.):

  Women's - 9:45 am - 10:45 am

  Men's - 10:30 am - 11:30 am

• Please see signage for trash and recycling and dispose of waste responsibly. Hazardous waste and certain items should not be disposed of here.

• Open fires are allowed only in the designated communal fire pit and only in accordance with local regulations. No fires during fire bans. Propane fire bowls are acceptable at all times.

• Parking etiquette is important – avoid encroaching on neighbouring sites and do not park in laneways.

• Drones are not permitted in the park without prior approval

Nobody wants to be doing laundry during their vacation, but life happens. Our commercial washers and dryers are here to save the day, so you can focus on the fun stuff. Quick. Convenient. Easy Peasy. The laundry room is available from 8am to 9pm.

• Laundry services are for Skands Campers only

• Empty all your pockets

• No heavy loads

• No bulky items like sleeping bags, quilts or shoes

• No bleach

• Clean-up any spills or messes

• Empty the lint tray after each use

• Cycle time is 40 minutes - set a timer and remove loads promptly

• Be courteous. This is a shared space.

• Laundry hours are from 8 am to 9 pm

• Sink area is closed for cleaning from 9:30 am to 9:45 am

• Properly dispose of trash and recycle responsibly, in designated receptacles.

• Hazardous waste and certain items should not be disposed of here.

We have a sani-dump station onsite, and there is a honey pot available for use.

We do not offer a sani-dump service, but you can contact Art and he will pump it out for you for a fee.

• Do not block laneways at any time, except when loading in and out.

• One parking spot is included with each site.

• Additional parking can be found on the street.

Wifi is included for our guests throughout the campground (but we sincerely hope you’re too busy having fun to even think about using it).

Our wifi is not designed for streaming but you can get your most of your essentials done - emails, web browsing and non-streaming apps.

Note that during busy hours and busy times of year, especially mornings and evenings, when more people are online, the bandwidth and signal is sometimes poor. We are working to fix this.

For campers that depend on cell service for remote work, some will invest in their own Starlink units to guarantee a strong, consistent signal.

At this time, we cannot guarantee a strong and consistent signal.

• Keep the area clean: Wipe your feet upon entering and wipe down counters after use

• Showers are on us. Be mindful of your water usage and those waiting behind you. Limit your showers to 5 minutes.

• Little ears are always listening. Keep your chatter PG.

• Flush toilet paper only. Do not flush any paper towels, diapers or "flushable" wipes
